1-Bug fixed

2-Approved vip system with 4 levels now ( usefull commands for each level).

3-Updating maps ( new checkpoints + new objects in each base).

4-Now there is a bomber plane .

6-Awsome bankl system ( each team can rob money even swat ).

7-Moneybag System added too.
